- What are AI actions?
- AI actions include resume tailoring, cover letter generation, interview prep, and job matching. Each time you use one of these AI-powered features, it counts as one action. Free plans get 3 per month, Pro gets 50, and Enterprise is unlimited.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
- Is there a free trial for Pro?
- Yes! Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to all Pro features during the trial period so you can experience the full power of JobWeave.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as payments through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms.
- Is my data secure?
- Your data security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, and never sell your personal data. Gmail access uses read-only permissions and you can revoke access at any time.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, we'll issue a full refund. After 30 days, you can cancel anytime and your access continues through the end of the billing period.
