What are AI actions?

Each paid workflow has a published allowance: resume exports, tracked jobs, tailored exports, recruiter drafts, Relay captures, and Live usage. The comparison below comes from the same entitlement contract used by the product.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

Yes. Pro checkout includes a 14-day trial. Stripe collects a payment method and charges only when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

What payment methods do you accept?

Self-serve Pro payment is processed by Stripe. Enterprise terms are discussed and agreed before activation; this page does not promise invoice timing or unconfigured payment methods.

Is my data secure?

JobWeave uses encrypted transport and managed data infrastructure. Gmail permissions are explicit and revocable; optional send access is separate. See the Privacy Policy for exact providers, scopes, analytics consent, and retention terms.

Do you offer refunds?

You can cancel from billing settings. Access continues through the paid period. Refund eligibility follows the terms shown during checkout and the Terms of Service; this page does not promise an unconditional refund window.
